While traditional travel wallets can quickly become bulky, our goal with the Passport Sleeve was to create a sleek, single document profile that slides effortlessly into a jacket pocket or carry on. This past week at the workshop, we completed a fresh batch of these travel essentials.
Designing minimal travel gear requires balancing tight tolerances with quick accessibility.The Passport Sleeve features a precision cut curved entry point, ensuring your document stays firmly anchored during transit while remaining easy to pull out at security checkpoints. As shown in our recent workshop clips, each piece is hand edge bevelled, burnished, and hand saddle stitched at our bench in New Jersey. We craft these using premium vegetable tanned leathers that will soften and develop a rich patina through years of travel.
Available in rich dark brown, forest green, classic tan, and bold red, each sleeve can also be customized with hand stamped monograms.Executing clean, functional travel accessories comes down to precise material splitting, exact stitch lines, and hands on discipline at the bench.
